Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via USPS with tracking and drop-off without signature.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

The shipping charge for your purchase is $5 with standard service no matter how many you buy!    But we also offer different shipping method for faster delivery options. The shipping charge on your order is based on the shipping method chosen. See chart below for shipping rates and transit times.

Although you may receive an Order Number, orders are not fully processed until we can validate your credit card and address information. This process may delay your shipment, and could result in your order being cancelled. If we are unable to accept your order, you will receive a Cancel Confirmation email message.
